About Hive Fuel

An independent Canadian site that compares endurance fuel in Canadian dollars.

Most fuel comparisons are written for the US: prices in US dollars and products that won't ship here. Hive Fuel compares gels, chews and honey fuel the way Canadian runners, cyclists and triathletes actually buy them: price per serving in CAD, what's in it, and where you can get it in Canada.

Who runs it

Hive Fuel is an independent site, operated as a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada. It isn't owned by, or paid by, any fuel brand or retailer.

Our own honey stick

We're also developing Hive Fuel, a single-serve stick of pure Canadian honey. Because that makes us a competitor of some products we compare, we disclose it on every page. Read the full disclosure.

How we work

• We check prices on brand and retailer pages and show the date we checked.
• We stick to label facts and attributed reviews. No health or medical claims.
• We correct mistakes quickly. Found one? [email protected]
